Natalie A. Black, Law ’78, was elected to the Marquette
University Board of Trustees in 2007 after previously serving from 1993 to 2005. She is senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary for the Kohler Co. Before joining the Kohler Co. in 1981, she was an attorney with Quarles & Brady.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Stanford University, a law degree from Marquette University Law School and completed the program for management development at Harvard Business School.

She is a member of the Committee on Corporate Law Departments, the American, Wisconsin and Sheboygan County Bar Associations, and the Policy Advisory Board — Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University. She is also a member of the boards of the Medical College of Wisconsin and Johnson Controls, Inc.

She is a member of the Marquette University Archbishop Henni Society.
