10:30 a.m. Registration

GENERAL INFORMATION

Registration:
After dropping off your clubs at the bag drop, please park your car and go to the clubhouse for registration and lunch.

Locker Rooms:
Lockers are assigned to each player.

Fees and Gratuities:
Marquette University Business Alumni Association Annual Golf Tournament takes care of fees and gratuities for caddies and locker room attendants. Additional gratuities are at each player’s discretion.

Golf Shop:
Golf Shop will open at 10:00 a.m.

Cell Phones:
Cell phones use is not permitted in the clubhouse or on the golf course

Attire:
Casual attire during the day and evening. Please wear collared shirts on the golf course. Bermuda shorts are acceptable. Only soft spike shoes are allowed on the course. No jackets are required for cocktails and dinner.

Scoring Procedure:
Scramble - Each foursome will play as a team. Each golfer will tee off and the best drive will be used. Players will then hit from that point and repeat this procedure until the hole is completed

Tees:
Men use the white or back tees. Women use the red or forward tees.

Lunch, Refreshments, Cocktails and Dinner:
Lunch will be served prior to the shotgun start. Course refreshments and snacks can be found at selected holes on the course. Cocktails and dinner will be held after play.

Final Foursome and Tee Assignments:
Available at registration.

Silent and Live Auctions:
The silent auction will be displayed at registration, on the course, during cocktails and dinner. The auction will close at the beginning of the awards ceremony. The live auction will take place during the dinner program.

Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded during dinner. Categories include:

• 1st through 3rd Low Net Foursome
• Closest to the Pin
• Longest Drive
• Longest Putt
• Hole-in-One Prizes

Prizes include:

Inclement Weather:
Please dress appropriately and be prepared to play under any conditions. This is a rain or shine event.
